- Describe and demonstrate three key skills of effective coaching:
- Create a climate of trust and confidence that allows for productive coaching and builds a unified team.
- Listen, look and learn in ways that produce insight.
- Guide a dialogue on issues concerning performance and conduct in ways that produce an open, honest, focused exchange of ideas.
- Conduct effective coaching simulations using the appropriate approach, skills and communication style
