  • Demonstrate three approaches to coaching: directive, collaborative and facilitative.
  • Describe and demonstrate three key skills of effective coaching:
  • Create a climate of trust and confidence that allows for productive coaching and builds a unified team.
  • Listen, look and learn in ways that produce insight.
  • Guide a dialogue on issues concerning performance and conduct in ways that produce an open, honest, focused exchange of ideas.
  • Conduct effective coaching simulations using the appropriate approach, skills and communication style
