Edward T. Reilly, Jay Jamrog and Pauline Larkin

November 20, 2008

Many corporations are increasingly aware that their corporate culture affects not only their employees but also the bottom line. To gain a better understanding of the effect culture has on organizations, American Management Association commissioned the Institute for Corporate Productivity to conduct a global survey of corporate cultures in today's organizations. Join us for an informative hour as we explore the survey results and discuss some of the factors that characterize the corporate cultures of high-performing organizations.
