Part II: The Workplace of the Future
Traditionalists (born 1922-1945) lived through the Great Depression & WWII.
Baby Boomers (born 1946-1964) are the "Me" generation.
Gen Xers (born 1965-1980) are individualistic, assertive and independent.
Gen Yers, or Millennials (born 1982-2000) are the children of the Boomers.
