How to Plan a Project

SUMMARY: In business all people encounter competing demands. Your ability to organize yourself and your projects effectively will ensure that you complete them on time while exceeding expectations. Project audits are a great way to ensure that you are hitting your target dates for critical tasks and that you are able to ask for help should you need it. Keep on track using project Audits.

Often you will be given a project to complete on your own. The more organized you are early on; the more likely you will complete it successfully on schedule.

Toward successful completion:

  • Have a clear idea of the project’s objectives. Meet with the individual requesting the work to review his or her expectations.
