Jo Bouchard

Jo Bouchard joined Canadian Management Centre in 2005.  She has worked in the learning professional development and development industry since 2000 developing extensive B2B knowledge and business development experience enabling her to establish a notable track record for delivering results while forging strong business partnerships with clients.  In her role as National Account Director Jo has been instrumental in overseeing several major client projects designed to lead strategic people development initiatives that measurably improve workplace performance.

As Vice President, Business Development Jo is responsible for driving the business development efforts for Canadian Management Centre, including the company’s achievement of its customer acquisition and revenue goals.   Contributing both passion and expert knowledge Jo plays a key role in leading sales strategy while fostering an environment of high performance delivered by  a team of talented sales professionals across Canada.

Jo’s practical and pragmatic approach to delivering results was shaped by many years of diverse corporate experience acquired in both front line and leadership roles in public and private sectors.  During her tenure at Workplace Safety & Insurance Board, she held organizational development leadership positions and was also responsible for leading the delivery of a robust customer service delivery model combining complex functional efforts while fulfilling roles as both Regional and Business Unit Director.
