Leanne Anderson

Leanne joined the Canadian Management Centre team in April 2005.  As an experienced sales professional, Leanne was recruited for her extensive background effectively managing the complex human resource management needs of large, national organizations, together with her strong client focus and commitment to delivering impactful results. Leanne's role today as National Account Director includes developing and fostering collaborative and lasting relationships with our clients across a wide spectrum of industries in both private and public sectors.

Prior to joining CMC, Leanne worked for Automatic Data Processing (ADP) where she was responsible for managing relationships with some of ADP's most distinguished clients, helping them to automate the many processes surrounding human resources management today. With over 15 years of experience in the HR industry, Leanne’s commitment to building long-term relationships with her clients has served as a key element of her success. She takes pride in her role as National Account Director and works diligently to understand the unique needs of each and every one of her clients to ensure we deliver on expectations and provide meaningful and relevant professional development solutions to our client’s learning and development opportunities.
