Canadian Management Centre is excited this week to host the American Management Association’s Innovative Thinking Podcast “Mission Critical Innovation” with guest Paddy Miller.

Dr. Miller is the author of a recent book, Mission Critical Leadership. Dr. Miller specializes in leadership, change management, and innovation, with a focus on multinational organizations.

During this podcast presentation Dr. Miller will explain Mission Critical Leadership and his theory behind this new leadership framework. 

He will give real life examples of how Mission Critical Leadership will assist traditional economy managers who want to lead their evolving organizations into the new economy. 

Dr. Miller’s theory is based on extensive work with a broad range of companies.  Through this experience Dr. Miller will explain how to adapt your organization so that you can think, act, and evolve faster than your competitors.
