Tom Trifaux
Tom brings a unique work life history to the projects in which he is involved. Beginning with 6 years in the CFL as a professional athlete and then transitioning to a successful business career, Tom’s work life has allowed him to work across much of North America and to be involved in many interesting & challenging initiatives. With experience in both small company environments and large organization enterprises, most of Tom’s work history has been spent in the organizational development/professional services arena.
Tom has over 25 years of “hands on” experience in the field of organizational effectiveness and human capital development. He began his OE business career with The Achieve Group (now Achieve Global) in Western Canada. Tom rose through the ranks and was the North American Marketing Manager when he was recruited away to take on the assignment of Director-Business Development Western Canada for Ernst and Young. Tom Left E&Y to join an emerging software company as the Vice President, Sales and Marketing. The company, TECSKOR, had developed a proprietary software system and work management process for aligning human capital resources across an organization. Six years later, Tom listened to a call from his entrepreneurial side and founded the marketing consultancy called HeadStart Marketing Inc. Through HeadStart, Tom had had the privilege to play a leadership role in the sales and marketing efforts of small to mid-size clients with operations across Canada.
In 2006, Tom joined CMC and took on the assignment to develop CMC’s Prairie operations. Over the next 5 years, Tom led the client relationship role across the Prairies and developed many deep client partnerships. Now, Tom has taken on the role of Regional Director Canada West. In this expanded role, Tom will work with a team of CMC professionals in meeting client talent management and organization transformation needs from Winnipeg to Vancouver.

" I liked Ed´s facilitating style and appreciated his extensive knowledge on the course subject. The course allowed each participant to get involved through exercises that helped to solidify the learning. "
-
" The instructor, Peter, made the difference. He is obviously knowledgeable and is very personable. He is able to empathize and can suggest ways to think through difficult situations (e.g. reframing). He offered very practical and useful techniques. "

" It was very practical and the techniques Roger taught are flexible and usable in the real world - they don't take a lot of extra time to use and using them should improve the outcome in many situations. "
